Serger Braid in a Day

Braid in a Day combines modern colors and fabrics with a traditional design. Creating the braids is easy when using 2 1/2" strips or precut strips, such as a Jelly Roll. Using the included template for cutting your strips, Quilt in a Day's no "set-in seams" method of construction and the Baby Lock serger you are able to piece your quilt quickly, and in a smaller size, in one day. Braid in a Day is guaranteed to sew up beautifully and catch any quilter's eye.

Fun with Triangles

Created from large and small triangles this fun and modern quilt is a mix of fabrics and textures creating a stunning masterpiece. With delicate machine embroidery and the exclusive Sashiko stitch added to both triangle sizes this quilt takes on a whole new look. See how easy it is to create a one-of-a-kind look by adding machine embroidery and the exclusive Sashiko stitch to any quilt.

El's Kitchen Sampler

Eleanor has done it again! She's taken two of her loves, cooking and quilting, and combined them to create a book filled with techniques. She has selected four blocks from her latest book Quilts from El's Kitchen and created a fantastic sampler quilt that is, as always, quick fun and easy!

Guess what, quilters? In a few weeks, I will be bringing my Quilter's Dream Retreat across the country for full weekends of quilting fun! That's right - quilters from all over the area will be gathering for three days of hands-on quilting classes, sharing tips and more. My friends and I will be there, and I hope you'll be there, too!

Even though I've been teaching quilting for years, I never stop learning - great quilters like you are such a source of inspiration and knowledge. I will be sharing techniques from my lastest book and I look forward to teaching them to you in a special class.

During the Quilter's Dream Retreat, you'll enjoy 3 hands-on quilting classes, an evening lecture event and book signing. Think of this retreat as more of a quilting party.
