Frank is a native Texan with a passion for creating beautiful theatrical costumes. After watching an old black-and-white Victorian movie, Frank found himself drawn to the shapes and silhouettes of times gone by. This led to a desire to learn all he could about costume construction using historical methods combined with modern dressmaking techniques. As a graduate of the self-taught institute of costume design, he uses decades of knowledge to teach others how to succeed in their dressmaking while keeping his same old sense of humor. “As long as you have a brain in your head, you have the ability to learn.”
