All such parts that are proved to be defective will be, at the manufacturer's option, repaired or replaced at no charge provided said parts are returned transportation prepaid. This warranty does not cover postage or transportation.

The manufacturer is not held responsible for damage, normal wear, accident, abuse, acts of God, or if the machine has been repaired (worked on) by anyone other than an Authorized Baby Lock Retailer.
