Sonia Showalter has had a passion for sewing for as long as she can remember. Her mother was a talented seamstress and artist who inspired her love of creativity from an early age. More than 25 years ago, Sonia discovered the world of machine embroidery, and it quickly became her passion. Sonia strives to make machine embroidery accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for embroiderers of every skill level through her designs, tutorials, and educational content. 

For more than 20 years, Sonia has proudly embroidered with Baby Lock machines and enthusiastically recommended them to her customers, students, and fellow embroiderers. She loves the innovation, reliability, and ease of use that Baby Lock brings to every project and is honored to now share her passion as a Baby Lock Ambassador.
