Great!I am not a techie, can go to my husband when I need help. But I was able to download this product and follow the directions with no problem. I love the ability to transfer designs to my Meridian 2 wirelessly.

WORKS GREATI'm able to wirelessly transfer designs to my Flare (first try). I can download purchased designs to the library and transfer them to the Flare too. HINT: go to the HELP tab, open the Instruction Manual and take a few minutes to read it. You can easily master this program in one evening. I've created several folders to organize designs by type. (Christmas, Floral, Sports, etc) I'm using a budget Windows 11 desktop and the program works flawlessly. This is straight-forward software that does the job with ease (no needless bells & whistles). Great in TheoryI love being able to transfer designs to my flare via wifi and also be able to see the designs on my computer. The software is a little cumbersome though. Sometimes files that I know are in a certain folder don't show up and its very frustrating when you're trying to move a large number of files from one area of your computer to another. I have to meticulously count the files and compare to what is shown in File Explorer to ensure they are all properly showing up in the DDT tool. I wish this software worked a little better. Hopefully the Babylock team is on it for future updates!...Read More

I’m only a Mac GirlI was very disappointed that I’m unable to use this program with my new Venture embroidery machine that I received for Christmas. Baby Lock, please have your developers design a Mac version for your Mac customers.

No Mac Version??Ready to use my new Vesta after reading about the wifi capabilities. I am astounded to learn there is no way to use a Mac for this feature. So sad not to be able use this feature -- and it was never disclosed before my purchase.

I did download this and love it!I was trying to figure out how to transfer downloaded designs wirelessly to my Altair. It is not easy, but the software, helped a lot.
