Denise Applegate Schober
With more than 40 years of sewing under her belt and industry experience that spans over 25 years, Denise has a vast pool of knowledge from which she draws as she travels around the United States. Denise is equally comfortable holding product or sales training to Retailers or holding one of her Quilting Retreats for consumers. Denise is fully knowledgeable about all of the products in the Baby Lock line and has a deep understanding of ProStitcher and Art & Stitch. She is very passionate about the sewing industry and she is always excited to share her knowledge of quilting and sewing with others.
Among Denise’s creative accomplishments are many entries in art galleries, quilt shows and art shows. She has appeared as a guest on America Sews with Sue Hausmann, Martha’s Sewing Room with Martha Pullen and worked with Martha Stewart designing embroidery designs for towels on her television show. Denise does trunk shows and teaches at numerous shows across the United States and abroad. Denise lives just north of Ann Arbor, Michigan with her husband Les.
Longarm In-Person Getaway April 3 - April 6
This is a 4-day in-person event and is held from 9:00am – 5pm Central Time. This class will be held at the Tacony Achievement Center at the Baby Lock Headquarters in Fenton, MO. Machines, training materials, fabric and basic sewing supplies are provided at the event. In addition, snacks and lunch are provided.
Hotel and travel accommodations are not included in the Getaway fee. Additional travel information will be sent upon your confirmed registration.
Cancellation Policy - If cancellation of the class occurs two weeks prior to the date of the event, 20% of the full class fee will be forfeited. The entirety of the class fee will be forfeited if the cancellation occurs two weeks or less from the date of the event.
If a change of date for the Getaway is requested at least two weeks prior to the event, there will be no loss of payment, however it will be limited by space available. This class has a minimum of 10 attendees for the registration.
Due to individual State tax laws, the final amount of tax charged may be less than stated on your initial website order confirmation.
