Instructions:

Quilting the Fabric:

1. First, load the frame with backing fabric right side down, batting & then your top fabric.

2. Thread the machine with coordinating thread and bobbin.

3. Insert a new needle and oil the machine if needed.

4. Using Pro-Stitcher Lite, select and an edge-to-edge design to quilt the entire yardage of fabric.

5. Set your area and then fill with the edge-to-edge design.  Stretch the pattern as needed.

6. Quilt the 2 yards of fabric with the edge-to-edge design, rolling the quilt sandwich and re-aligning the design along the way.

7. Once finished quilting, remove the fabric from the frame.

Creating the Cover:

1. On a large cutting surface cut the fabric into a 60”X42” rectangle.

2. Cut out pattern according to the diagram on last page of instructions.

3. Mark buttonhole placement according to the diagram on the quilted fabric.

4. Cut 2 ½” X WOF & stitch the strips together using a 45-degree seam.

5. Trim and press the binding strips into half.

6. Attach the binding around the entire piece,  clipping as you go on each inside corner. (Image A)

7. Complete stitching all the way around the quilt fabric piece.  (Image B)

8. Stitch 6” buttonhole using embroidery machine or bound buttonhole. (Image C)

9. Box in each of the corners by folding fabric 45 degrees from edge.  Then, stitch side seams with wrong sides together along binding edge. (Image D)

10. Repeat for each box corner. (Image E)

11. Move the machine to the front of the rail to align the cutouts for the machine to align. ( Image F)

12. Place over your machine to protect from dust and lint.
