Summer School Project IX: Structured Tote Bag By Carolina Moore

In the final week of Baby Lock Summer School, we are making a structured tote bag! If you’re tired of floppy bags, try this version from Carolina Moore of Always Expect Moore. Carolina shows you how to make a more advanced version of the traditional tote bag, with a zippered pocket, a magnetic closure and boxed corners. This is a great project for beginners wanting to become more comfortable with zippers and try their hand at bag making. For kids, this bag teaches them about interfacing, try their hand at a few new techniques and of course, have fun with picking out fabrics. Learn how to make this cute bag on Carolina’s blog!
