Services NOT covered under the LOSM include: •Cosmetic damage that does not impact performance of the machine •Lack of machine performance from abuse or accidents •Damage to tablets or screens from abuse or accidents •Bobbins, presser feet, needles and embroidery frames •Consumables, tools and accessory items, including but not limited to: hoops, power cords, knives and knife assembly, rotary hooks, extra spool stand, feet (including dual feed and W+, which have electronic or moving parts) USB drives, and sensor pens •Damaged parts or parts not regularly maintained or replaced as part of normal machine servicing, including but not limited to: main motor, belts, hook holder assembly, needle threaders •Damage caused by non Baby-Lock devices or software
