Very helpful.Although I have an Aerial and not a Destiny, it was easy for me to follow the steps and understand the process being demonstrated. The teacher spoke clearly and at a pace that I could keep up with. I enjoyed her enthusiasm, and I plan to try out one of the techniques that she showed.
