Hard working machine

I've had this machine over 10 years and has been a hard worker. Hundreds of masks were made for covid health care people, cushions for campers, kneeling cushions, pet beds for big dogs, many alterations to jeans, not to mention many other crafts having heavy materials to sew through. I'm pleased how this machine has performed through everything difficult. What I don't like about this machine is the needle threader which has worked about 10% of the time maybe. In the regular servicing I had them fix/replace it almost every time. Disappointing because it was a deciding factor when I bought it. A glitch with it is that you can only use top of the line thread. It also gets fussy if you don't use top of the line bobbins and wind them on the machine only. It doesn't like bobbins wound elsewhere. It binds up the stitches. Regular cleaning and maintenance are required. Other than that, this Grace machine has been great.
